In August, more than 76,000 appeals were received by the President's Public Receptions.

In the system of the President's People's Reception Office, 76,196 appeals on 83,019 issues were registered in August 2026. The organization's press service reported this.

 

 

Of the appeals, 11,114 were repeated, and 1,593 were collective in nature. The highest number of appeals concerned child benefits — 4,833, alimony matters — 4,658, and issues related to gas cylinders — 2,475.

 

Additionally, 1,826 appeals were recorded regarding offenses, 1,765 regarding one-time material assistance, and 1,709 regarding inquiries and investigations.

 

There were 1,657 appeals on employment matters, 1,548 on material assistance for home repairs, 1,528 on repairing internal roads, and 1,234 related to enforcement documents.

 

By organization, the highest number of appeals — 12,097 — was received by the National Agency for Social Protection. It was followed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs with 8,258, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement with 7,966, the Ministry of Energy with 6,551, and the Prosecutor General's Office with 5,498.

 

Furthermore, 4,272 appeals were sent to the Ministry of Employment, 3,934 to the Ministry of Health, 3,070 to the Supreme Court, 2,916 to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, and 2,615 to the Central Bank.

 

Of the urgent appeals, 638 were related to power supply disruptions, 551 to drinking water, and 67 to emergency medical services.

 

In August, 5,666 personal receptions were planned, of which 4,666 were actually held. The highest number of unheld personal receptions was in Tashkent region — 148, Fergana region — 137, and the city of Tashkent — 134.

 

Additionally, 4,495 mobile receptions were planned, of which 4,327 were held. Among organizations that did not hold mobile receptions, 39 cases were recorded in electric grid enterprises, 36 in landscaping departments, and 31 in neighborhood divisions.
