Restriction on registration for national certificate exams: senator's inquiry sent
The criteria for distributing exam locations by regions and the issue of creating additional opportunities in high-demand areas were requested to be explained.

A senator sent a request to the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills regarding the fact that places allocated for certain regions are filling up quickly during registration for national certificate exams. In it, clarification was requested on the criteria for allocating places, creating equal opportunities for applicants, and expanding the coverage of exams.
Member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis K. Tursunov addressed the Director of the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills M. Karimov with a senator's request.
The request was prompted by objections expressed on social networks regarding the fact that registration for national certificate exams in certain regions is closing within a very short time.
The senator requested clarification on the criteria by which exam places are allocated by region and subject, as well as what technical and organizational measures are being taken to ensure transparency of information about available places during the registration process.
Questions were also raised regarding taking into account the number of potential applicants when determining places, and the possibility of redistributing places to regions with high demand when places in one region fill up while empty spots remain in other regions.
In addition, a substantiated answer was requested regarding the work being carried out on allocating additional places, organizing additional exams, and expanding the coverage of exams.
According to the procedure established by law, a senator's request must be answered within ten days.
