Epstein files show documents related to Trump are missing — CNN
Among the lost documents were 3 interviews related to a witness accusing Trump of sexual assault.

According to a CNN report, dozens of FBI witness interviews are missing from the trove of investigation documents on Jeffrey Epstein released by the Department of Justice. This includes three interviews related to a woman who accused Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her.
Evidence logs provided to the lawyers of Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell list nearly 325 witness interview transcripts with serial numbers. However, according to CNN's analysis, more than 90 of them are not available on the Department of Justice website.
Among the missing documents are materials related to the woman's accusations that Epstein raped her multiple times starting from the age of 13 and that Trump assaulted her. Democratic lawmaker Robert Garcia, in his capacity, has questioned whether the Department of Justice complied with the law regarding these documents.
Trump and the White House have consistently denied the allegations, calling them "false." A Department of Justice spokesperson stated that no documents were deleted and that all relevant files were provided. Some of the missing records may have been temporarily removed as "duplicates, classified, or part of an ongoing federal investigation."
Experts emphasize that the missing 302-numbered documents are crucial for understanding the FBI's multi-year investigation into Epstein and Maxwell. These interviews constitute a core part of the investigative process and are directly related to the witness accusing Trump.
Furthermore, victims have complained about the documents not being released fully and transparently. For example, in a letter sent to a federal court, victim Haley Robson highlighted that their personal information was redacted in the files and that this secrecy has allowed crimes to go unchecked for years.
