The operation in Iran could last 4 weeks — Donald Trump
The US president announced a potential timeline for the war with Iran.

The White House leader told the Daily Mail in an interview that conflicts with Iran could last for 4 weeks and that everything is going according to plan. Trump stated that all members of the Iranian leadership have been eliminated.
The American leader indicated his approval for further negotiations with Iran to be held, but noted that it is not clear when they will take place.
"Iran wants to negotiate, but they should have thought about it last week," Trump emphasized.
Furthermore, in his address to the American people on March 1st, Trump mentioned "retribution" for the three deceased American soldiers, issued a new ultimatum towards Tehran, and called for support for the US's fight for its "freedom."
The report notes that this is the second address to the nation within the last 48 hours.
Previously, on March 1st, in an interview with The Atlantic, the White House leader accused the Iranian government of not making decisions quickly.
Israel and the United States launched strikes on Tehran and other areas of Iran in the early morning of February 28th. Donald Trump explained this as an attempt to eliminate the Islamic Republic's nuclear program. He called on the Iranian army to lay down its arms and the country's population to "take their destiny into their own hands."
Iran responded by launching strikes on Israeli territory and other countries in the Middle East. The US Central Command stated on February 28th that the damage to American facilities in the Middle East from the Iranian strikes was "minimal" and "did not affect operations."
However, on March 1st, it was announced that as a result of these strikes, three US military personnel were killed and five were seriously wounded.
On the second day of the Israel-US military operation, the Iranian leadership confirmed that as a result of the strikes, the country's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, as well as a number of high-ranking representatives of the power structures, including Defense Minister Aziz Nosirzoda and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Muhammad Pakpur, were killed.
