A telephone conversation took place between Baxtiyor Saidov and Jeyhun Bayramov. During the talks, the situation related to the unmanned aerial vehicle attack that occurred in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan was discussed.

 

It was reported that the Azerbaijani minister informed his counterpart about the details of the drone attack carried out on this territory. It was emphasized that the attack resulted in harm to civilians and damage to civilian infrastructure.

 

The Uzbek side expressed serious concern regarding this incident. This was reported in a statement published on Minister Baxtiyor Saidov's Telegram channel.

 

It was noted therein that the Uzbek side emphasized that it cannot accept actions contrary to the principles of international law and aimed at violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of another state.
