Graduates of prestigious foreign higher education institutions will receive an additional bonus to their salary.
Additional payments are established for specialists with bachelor's, master's, and PhD degrees, and are allocated for a period of up to three years.

A new mechanism for supporting young and promising personnel working in the field of non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs) is being introduced in Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation announced this.

This procedure will be implemented based on paragraph 260 of the state program for implementing the "Uzbekistan — 2030" strategy in the "Year of Mahalla Development and Social Upliftment."
According to it, additional salary supplements will be paid to young specialists who have graduated from foreign higher education institutions ranked in the TOP-200 and TOP-500 international rankings and are working in NGOs.
Additional payments are established for specialists with bachelor's, master's, and PhD degrees and will be allocated for a period of up to three years.
For a young specialist who graduated from a university in the Top 200 international ranking:
- 7 times the BHM (2 million 884 thousand soums) for a bachelor's degree,
- 10 times the BHM (4 million 120 thousand soums) for a master's degree,
- 15 times the BHM (6 million 185 thousand soums) for a PhD or equivalent academic degree.
For a young specialist who graduated from a university in the Top 500 international ranking:
- 5 times the BHM (2 million 60 thousand soums) for a bachelor's degree,
- 7 times the BHM (2 million 884 thousand soums) for a master's degree,
- 10 times the BHM (4 million 120 thousand soums) for a PhD or equivalent academic degree.
A young specialist can use only one type of supplement until the age of 30. Applications for the supplement are accepted through the www.ngo.uz platform.
