The list of organizations authorized to issue recommendations to higher education institutions for citizens with 5 years of work experience has been approved.
A total of 87 ministries, agencies, state bodies, departments, associations, and large enterprises are included in the approved list.

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation has approved a list of ministries, agencies, and large economic associations that have the right to recommend citizens with at least 5 years of work experience in economic sectors for the evening education form of state higher education institutions.
The approved list includes a total of 87 ministries, agencies, state bodies, departments, associations, and large enterprises. Among them are the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the Legislative Chamber, the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as the Ministries of Justice, Health, Internal Affairs, Defense, Energy, Digital Technologies, and Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
Additionally, the Central Bank, commercial banks, the Tax Committee, the Customs Committee, the National Statistics Committee, "Uzbekneftegaz," "Uzbektelecom," "Uzavtosanoat," "Uzbekistan Railways," the Navoi and Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combines, "Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari," "Uzgidroenergo," and "Uzsuvtaminot" have also been included among the organizations entitled to issue recommendations.
It is noted that applicants with recommendations from these organizations will be admitted to the evening education form of state higher education institutions' bachelor's programs based on interview results, under a differentiated tuition-fee contract.
For reference, on July 17, the State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions approved the admission parameters for state higher education institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year. Admission quotas, state grants, and targeted admission indicators for both bachelor's and master's levels have also been established.
