According to the new regulation, bonuses have been established for pedagogues who hold a number of certificates.

The Ministry of Justice has introduced amendments and additions to the list of certificates determining the level of proficiency in foreign languages and general education subjects. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Legal Information" in a post.
According to the new procedure, when applying to bachelor's degree programs where a foreign language is included in the set of subjects, applicants holding a national or internationally recognized certificate at level B1 will be awarded 75 percent of the maximum score established for that subject.
Additionally, the equivalence level of the TOEFL iBT certificate in English will now be determined based on a 1–6 point system.
In accordance with the document, when calculating bonuses for teaching staff, the validity period of TKT, TESOL, TEFL, and TESL certificates in English will be taken into account.
Furthermore, for teachers at vocational education institutions who teach specialized subjects in a foreign language, a monthly bonus of 50 percent of the base salary will be paid if they hold a national or internationally recognized certificate at level B2, and 100 percent for a certificate at level C1.
According to the new procedure, teachers will also be eligible for a bonus if they score 750 or higher on the mathematics section of the Digital SAT certificate.
Additionally, it is stipulated that teachers of music culture and physical education working in general secondary schools will receive bonuses for certificates at level B+ and above.
