Israeli strikes in Gaza: eight Palestinians killed
Among the dead is also a four-year-old child. The attacks were carried out in Khan Younis in the south of Gaza and Gaza City in the north.

At least eight Palestinians, including a four-year-old child, were killed as a result of drone strikes by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip. Al Jazeera reported this.
It was reported that a drone strike targeted police officers in the al-Mawasi area near the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip. As a result, five police officers were killed and several others were injured. The Palestinian Ministry of Interior stated that the officers were targeted while performing their official duties.
In another strike on the Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City, at least three people, including a four-year-old child, were killed. In addition, another person injured in a previous attack has died.
HAMAS condemned Israel's attacks, calling them "deliberately committed war crimes." In the movement's statement, it was emphasized that the targeting of police officers was aimed at destabilizing the Gaza Strip and hindering reconstruction efforts.
The Israeli army, meanwhile, stated that a "terrorist" was targeted in the attack in the south.
It is noted that despite the ceasefire agreement mediated by the United States, which came into force in October 2025, Israel's attacks on Gaza continue. More than 1,500 Palestinians have been killed since the agreement came into force.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, a total of 74,594 Palestinians have been killed as a result of Israeli attacks since October 2023.
