An explosion occurred at a gas station in Denov.

A fire broke out at a gas station in Denov district of Surkhandarya region. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It is reported that on April 7 at 08:24, a message was received by the Surkhandarya Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations via the "112" system about a fire at a liquefied gas filling station for vehicles located in the "Oqtom" neighborhood of Denov district.
The fire at the station occurred as a result of a spark during the transfer of liquefied (propane) gas from a special "KAMAZ" brand gas carrier vehicle into a storage tank.
Five rescue units arrived at the scene at 08:39, the fire was contained by 08:42, and firefighting efforts are currently ongoing.
According to preliminary information, the rupture of the tank is suspected to be due to a disruption in the technological process during the release of propane gas from the special vehicle.
Senior officials from the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Denov District Department of Internal Affairs, the State Security Service, and managers and employees of "Hududgazta'minot" have arrived at the scene and are working to determine the causes of the incident.
The situation is fully under control.
