A "roadmap" for trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan has been signed.
The "Roadmap" envisions the implementation of joint projects in a number of sectors.

During the practical visit to Astana, a ceremony for signing a "roadmap" on bilateral trade and economic cooperation took place in the presence of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This was reported by the President's press service here.

It was reported that during the practical visit to Astana, a ceremony for signing a plan of practical actions to implement the agreements reached in the fields of investment and trade took place in the presence of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The "roadmap" envisages the implementation of joint projects in sectors such as automotive manufacturing, energy, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, logistics, construction materials, housing construction, and agriculture.
