A legal measure was taken against the driver of a "Matiz" who was moving while hiding the state license plate.
The driver of the "Matiz" vehicle (YHXX) commented on the dispute with the traffic police officer (YPX).

A video circulating on social media, showing a dispute between a "Matiz" car driver and a traffic patrol service (YPX) officer, has sparked widespread discussion. The Road Safety Service (YHXX) has issued an official statement regarding the incident.
According to YHXX, the driver shown in the video had previously been warned by the same YPX officer for driving with a portion of the state license plate covered. However, he repeated the violation.
The driver himself confirmed in a video address that he had previously driven with part of the state license plate covered with tape, and later with black material. He stated that the video he posted on social media was made emotionally and was not intended to express objections to internal affairs officers.
"They took lawful measures. I knew this action of ours was wrong," the driver said.
YHXX reported that because the driver repeated the violation despite being warned, an administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Article 127 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. Additionally, the vehicle was placed in a temporary impound lot.
The Road Safety Service urged drivers to strictly adhere to traffic rules and not to operate vehicles with concealed state license plates. The agency also reminded that the "Safe and Healthy Country" rapid preventive measures are ongoing.
