According to The Telegraph, the parties will discuss strengthening cooperation among pro-independence forces and future actions.
The meeting coincides with a time when debates about Scotland's independence and Northern Ireland's reunification with the Republic of Ireland have intensified in the United Kingdom.
Scotland's First Minister John Swinney said the United Kingdom's current political system is not stable. In his view, Westminster must prepare for serious changes regarding the country's future.
The summit is being held a few days after UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham's statement about the possibility of holding another independence referendum in Scotland. He indicated that such a vote could be permitted if a "clear consensus" in support of a referendum forms.
Two days earlier, US President Donald Trump also commented on Northern Ireland's reunification with the Republic of Ireland. He called such a reunification a "wonderful thing."
